PMC Board of Directors
PMC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, registered in the state of California. As such, a Board of Directors is required to meet regularly. Your Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and every 3rd month meets on a weekend day for a longer retreat style meeting. In general, meetings are open for PMC members to attend. The duties of the board are varied but include fundraising/development, financial and legal oversight, and execution of the day to day running of the organization.
